Kent W. Crawford, CFP®, AAMS®

Kent W. Crawford has been a practicing financial planner and investment advisor representative since 1988. He received the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation from the College for Financial Planning, and is a Registered Representative with LPL Financial, a registered broker/dealer, member FINRA/SIPC. Kent maintains the continuing education standards required to maintain his CFP® credential, as well as his Series 7 registration (held with LPL Financial), life insurance license and securities registrations.

Kent became a LPL financial planner because of his interest in helping and educating others. Both of his parents were teachers in the local school district, his Grandmother was a teacher and school administrator, so teaching is a part of his DNA. Yet, Kent always had a knack for finding opportunities to earn money. He started very early on with a paper route and turned that into many other successful jobs as he pursued his college degree. This interest grew into the financial practice he has built at Granite Wealth Management. His Wealth Planning practice emphasizes a conservative investment management approach utilizing various forms of securities and insurance products to help support his clients financial goals.

Kent is an avid golfer, and resides in Modesto, CA with Lisa, his wife of more than 34 years. Kent and Lisa have three children; Kyle, who is a partner at Granite Wealth Management; Chloe, a 2015 graduate of California State University, Chico; and Connor a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
